Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter

    The promoter is Nerang RSL & Memorial Club Ltd (“the Club”), 71 Nerang Street, Nerang QLD 4211.

  2. Promotion Name

    Kings $20K Giveaway Promotion.

  3. Promotional Period

    The promotion commences at 10:00am on Monday 31 August 2026 and concludes at 3:00pm on Monday 5 October 2026.

  4. Eligibility

    a. Entry is open to current financial members of the Club aged 18 years or over.
    b. Membership must remain current throughout the promotional period and at the time of the draw.
    c. Directors, contractors, consultants and their immediate family members may participate unless otherwise prohibited by Club policy.
    d. The Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

  5. How to Enter

    a. Entries are automatically allocated electronically to eligible members during the promotional period.
    b. Members will receive:

  • One (1) entry for every $20 spent at eligible Club Point of Sale (POS) outlets.
  • One (1) entry for every $200 in gaming machine turnover recorded on the member’s card.

    c. To receive entries, members must correctly use their membership card at the time of purchase or gaming play.
    d. Raffle ticket purchases, bingo purchases, membership subscriptions, gift card purchases and any other transactions determined by management are excluded from entry earning unless otherwise specified.
    e. Entries are virtual and no physical tickets will be issued.

  1. Draw Details

    a. The draw will be conducted on Monday 5 October 2026.
    b. The draw time is 3:00pm.
    c. The draw will award one (1) cash prize of $20,000.
    d. The total prize pool value is $20,000 cash.

  2. Winner Requirements

    a. The winner must be physically present within the Club premises at the time their name is announced.
    b. The winner must present themselves within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the compere, to an authorised Club representative after the initial announcement.
    c. A current membership card and/or driver’s licence or other suitable identification will be required as proof of membership before the prize is awarded.

  3. Winner Announcement

    a. The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw from all eligible entries accumulated during the promotional period.
    b. The winner announcement may be made through the Club’s public address system.

  4. Redraw Procedure

    a. If a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time following the announcement, is unable to satisfy eligibility requirements or is otherwise deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.
    b. A redraw will immediately occur until an eligible winner claims the prize.

  5. Prize Conditions

    a. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any alternative prize.
    b. The cash prize will be paid in a manner determined by the Club and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
    c. The Club reserves the right to withhold payment until all eligibility checks have been completed.

  6. Entry Management

    a. Entries accumulated during the promotional period remain valid until the draw is conducted on 5 October 2026 at 3:00pm.
    b. Entries are not transferable between members.
    c. The Club accepts no responsibility for entries not recorded due to card misuse, equipment malfunction, system interruption or any other reason beyond the Club’s reasonable control.

  7. Technical Issues

    a. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, system errors, fraud, unauthorised intervention or any event beyond the Club’s reasonable control, the Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
    b. The Club’s decision regarding the operation of the promotion is final.

  8. Management Discretion

    a. The Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides misleading information or engages in conduct deemed improper by the Club.
    b. The Club’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  9. Privacy

    a. By participating, members consent to the Club collecting, storing and using personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion.
    b. Winners may be required to participate in promotional photography, video recordings or publicity activities without additional compensation.

  10. Responsible Gambling

    Participation in this promotion does not require gaming machine play. Members may also earn entries through eligible Club purchases. The Club supports responsible gambling and encourages members to gamble responsibly.

  11. Acceptance of Terms

    Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  12. Club Management Reserved Rights

    The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, alter prize structures, draw procedures or promotional dates where required by law, regulatory direction, operational necessity or circumstances beyond the Club’s reasonable control. Any changes will be published within the Club and will take effect immediately upon publication.
