R25 Community Fund Donation Application Form

Nerang RSL & Memorial Club understands how hard it is for community-based groups to raise funds for many different projects. To assist with fundraising efforts, we have come up with this initiative to help members raise funds for their group while they relax and enjoy themselves at the Nerang RSL & Memorial Club.

This is how it works – members and their friends, neighbours etc, come along to Gallipoli Bistro & Bar on any Monday night for dinner and present a voucher with every main meal purchased to the value of $16.90 or more, and their group will receive $5.00.

To receive a starter package for your group email info@nerangrsl.com, in the package you will find some vouchers for you to start off with. On any Monday evening from 5.30pm, your members only need present a voucher with each meal purchased to the Gallipolis’ Bistro & Bar Greet staff to validate the voucher and attach it to a receipt. At the end of every month, your group’s vouchers will be tallied and a cheque will be sent. How easy is that?

If your members forget to bring their voucher on a Monday night no need to despair! Just ask one of our friendly Gallipoli Bistro & Bar Greet staff or one of our Reception staff for a blank voucher and your members can easily complete the voucher with your groups name in the space provided.

If you know of another local community group who might be suitable to take part in this initiative, please get them to contact the club on 5578 1222

Those dining do not need to be a member of your group. Anyone can help you raise funds by putting your groups name in the space provided on the vouchers.
