From the Board of Directors to the Management Team and Front of House Staff, our team is dedicated to providing quality products and service, ensuring our members and guests enjoy each experience at the Club to its maximum. We have over 100 staff members at the Nerang RSL & Memorial Club split between food, beverage, gaming, cleaning, maintenance and administration.

No matter your skill level or interests, new roles, and positions are created regularly to cater for new team members. As an employer who looks to the future, we encourage education and training within our employee base, aimed at building confidence and fostering career development and provide an incentivised staff rewards program.

To provide our members and their guests with a fun, safe and comfortable, complete hospitality and entertainment experience

To ensure at all times that our member’s and their guests are provided with exemplary service that is second to none

To ensure that a patrons confidentiality and privacy is maintained in all areas at all times

To ensure that the Responsible Service of Alcohol is fully maintained at all times

To ensure that all aspects of the gaming operations conducted by the Club are done so in accordance with the requirements of the various regulatory bodies, and industry best practice wherever possible

To ensure that all staff are professionally trained to provide the highest level of service to members and their guests

To provide staff with a fun, safe, enjoyable, team-oriented work environment

To ensure that the lines of communication between management and staff are open at all times

To ensure that all areas of the Club are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times
