INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT NERANG RSL
By now, you will be very aware that the Federal Government has imposed strict social distancing laws to discourage mass gatherings and to assist in the prevention of the spread of Covid-19.
As a result of these distancing laws, the Nerang RSL & Memorial Club Inc. along with all Registered and Licensed Clubs nationally, ceased to trade as of the 23rd of March 2020.
Whilst this decision by the Federal Government has severely disrupted all of our day to day lives and activities in many different ways, our Members are our responsibility and we are very mindful that a large percentage of our membership is over 65 years of age. Therefore, whilst these laws are in place there will be a direct impact on many clubs and the communities they support, but the message is clear, social distancing is paramount.
No one knows for how long the Federal Governments social distancing laws will be in effect for, I advise all Members – please note, and be rest assured, that all your benefits will remain and be available to you when we re-open.
I have been contacted by Members over the past few days asking many questions regarding Club activities and Member benefits, the main questions related to:
Nerang Reward Points – Balances will remain the same as what they were as at close of trade 22nd of March. These balances will be available for use when the Club re-opens.
Tier Levels – The tier level you had reached at the time of the club closure will remain as it is when the club re-opens. No Downgrades or Upgrades will be done during this period.
Promotion Entries – All promotion entries earned toward the “Show Me the Money” promotion shall remain in place until the promotion is re-instated on re-open.
Membership Details – All details remain in our secure system and will re-activate once the club re-opens.
Card It Funds – Balances will remain the same as what they were at the end of trade on the 22nd of March 2020. All funds will be available for use at the time the club re-opens.
Vouchers – Any outstanding vouchers will remain valid until the club re-opens. We will provide details to members on the new periods of redemption for these vouchers that were valid after the 22nd of March 2020.
