SOCIAL COHESION = STRONG COMMUNITIES

Every year on January 01st, Nerang RSL & Memorial Club launches it's Annual Community Funding Round welcoming applications from eligible individuals and community organisations that need 'a little extra support' to continue providing the vital local services they provide for and within Nerang and its surrounding communities.

 "Our Club Our Community" is about supporting the community that supports us, by providing direct grants to charitable, health & welfare, sporting & recreational and other community organisations to help make their jobs, many voluntary, a little bit easier and thus helping to make our community a better place to live, work and play!

By supporting projects or service providers that improve the health and welfare of the less advantaged, initiatives that broaden the scope of participation in sports, arts, music and culture, and by supporting groups that develop community activities for and within the local community, we hope to contribute to improving the social cohesion of our community.
